Please read our terms and conditions carefully before using our platform.

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “You”, or “Your”) and AnchorWealth Technologies LLP, operating as “AnchorWealth.AI”. By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms.

REGULATORY DISCLAIMER

AnchorWealth Technologies LLP is a registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN: 346989). We do not provide investment advisory services as defined under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013.

Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Please read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing.

1. DEFINITIONS

“AI Engine”

means the proprietary artificial intelligence algorithms used by AnchorWealth to generate investment insights.

“Applicable Law”

includes SEBI regulations, AMFI guidelines, Information Technology Act 2000, and DPDPA 2023.

“Services”

means all mutual fund distribution services, AI-powered tools, portfolio tracking, and related features.

“User Data”

means all information and documents submitted by the User on the Platform.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT

To access the Platform, you must be a citizen/resident of India, at least 18 years of age, and possess a valid PAN card.

KYC Compliance: Access to investment features is conditional upon successful completion of KYC verification.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

3. NATURE OF SERVICES AND AI

AnchorWealth acts solely as a Mutual Fund Distributor. AI-generated insights are informational tools and do not constitute investment advice. AnchorWealth does not guarantee any specific rate of return.

You retain full responsibility for all investment decisions. AI outputs are probabilistic and based on historical data.

4. USER OBLIGATIONS

Users must provide accurate information and NOT:

Reverse-engineer the AI Engine;
Use the platform for any fraudulent or illegal purpose;
Scrape or harvest data via automated means.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All IP rights in the Platform, AI Engine, and Content are owned by AnchorWealth Technologies LLP. Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-commercial licence to use the Services.

6. DATA PRIVACY AND SECURITY

Data is processed as per DPDPA 2023 and our Privacy Policy. We share data only with KRAs, AMCs, exchanges, and regulatory authorities to facilitate Services.

7. INVESTMENT RISKS

Users acknowledge Market Risk, AI Model Risk, Liquidity Risk (ELSS lock-ins), Regulatory Risk, and Technology Risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

8. LIABILITY & WARRANTIES

The Platform is provided “as is”. AnchorWealth disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for investment losses, third-party failures, or force majeure events.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

Users agree to indemnify AnchorWealth against any claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or violation of third-party rights.

10. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL

11. TERM AND TERMINATION

AnchorWealth may terminate access for breach of terms, regulatory requests, or fraudulent conduct. Termination does not affect existing investments held with AMCs.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Governed by Indian Law. Disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiations, followed by Arbitration in Mumbai if unresolved.

13. AMENDMENTS

Terms may be updated with 15 days' notice for material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

14. MISCELLANEOUS

Includes Entire Agreement clause, Severability, Waiver, and Assignment terms.

By clicking “I Agree”, “Start Investing”, or by otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
